  Experience:

John commenced his 45 years in the Building Industry starting out as an Apprentice Building Draughtsman in
1958 and ended up Managing Director of a large Commercial and Civil Engineering Construction company.

For some 30 years during this experience John was involved in site supervision in Residential construction (both
housing and apartments) and Commercial building, which included major construction projects such as Myer
(City Store, Perth) The Qantas domestic airport in Perth, Lakeside Shopping Centre in Joondalup amongst many
others.

Our other inspector is of a similar background and is a Registered Builder with many years of experience.
