- Building inspection and report services
We cover the whole of the Metro area, as well as East to York,
South to Bunbury and will carry out a detailed inspection as per
your requirements, and prepare a written report setting out in
plain English the conditions we find in the property and any
recommendations. This is all carried out to the Australian
Standard.
- Under construction inspections
We will provide a supervisory service during the construction of
your property, liaising with your Builder, or if you are an
Owner/Builder with the Sub-contractors. We will advise you of
all problems and give our recommendations for rectification of
defects and improvements.
- Pre-purchase inspections
After a full inspection of a property, we can give you
advice as to likely costs of any rectification work which may be
needed. This allows you to make a realistic offer with
confidence.
- Practical completion report
We will give a detailed report with any defects listed to allow
you to make those final payments with confidence.
- Reports prepared to Australian standard
We prepare this in plain English and will explain in detail any
Technical terms you are not aware of. We prepare our report to
the
Australian Standard but bearing in mind that not everyone is a
Builder. We can advise on dividing fence requirements as per the
Act 1961 and assist with applications and submissions to your
neighbors.
- Sub-contractors advice and claims
We can help you with your claims for variations as well as delay
and cost claims. We will prepare and deal directly with the
Builder on any claims. We can do this on an hourly rate or a
fixed fee based on the amount we recover for you. We can give
you advice on Contacts you are being asked to sign and detail
your rights.
Programming and schedules, we can do your programming so that
Builders have to give you the time you need to complete the work
with a profit. Home buyers, we can keep track of your Builders
time and ensure you don’t wait longer than you need, to see the
completion of your new house.
Inspections for Owner Builders on their Trades, we can check to
ensure work is being carried out by your sub-contractors to
specifications and drawings and that they comply to Local
